The game has got a lot of traction with millions of pre-registers in 3 weeks
The made in India game has seen pre-launch registers cross the 1 million mark in just three weeks.
FAU-G: Domination, an action game from Indian developer Dot9 Games, has surpassed one million pre-registrations on the Google Play Store. Pre-registration for Android devices began on September 5, 2024.
Additionally, nCore Games released a preview clip earlier this month, showcasing the first-person shooting gameplay of the forthcoming shooter in the FAU-G series, generating excitement among fans.
Days ago, developer Dot9 Games and publisher Nazara Publishing confirmed that FAU-G: Domination became the fastest game from Nazara to achieve the milestone of one million pre-registrations on the Google Play Store. This impressive feat was accomplished within just three weeks.
“While the Dot9 Games team is working tirelessly to make FAU-G: Domination the best it can be, a million pre-registrations is just the incentive we need to make it better. The game is at the stage where we’re fine-tuning and deciding what features players need at launch — with some playtests before that,” said Deepak Ail, co-founder and CEO of Dot9 Games, quoted saying in India Today.
While displaying a variety of weapons, the teaser entices players to win on the numerous maps in FAU-G: Domination. It also showcases a variety of settings and gunfights to illustrate the breadth and depth of the gaming experience that Dot9 and nCore Games will offer to players in India and around the globe.
On Sunday, September 29, FAU-G: Domination hosted its second playtest, allowing players to test the most recent version of the game. The publisher claims that player feedback from playtests has been used in order to improve the game. “Their insights have been instrumental in refining key aspects of the game, from improving weapon balance to enhancing map layouts and user interface,” as stated in the press release by the makers.
Meanwhile, pre-registrations for FAU-G: Domination are currently available on the Android Google Play Store, and pre-registrations for the iOS and iPadOS App Stores will be available soon. The Beast Collection set of in-game cosmetics is given to players who pre-register for the game. Inspired by the fierce nature of the tiger, The Beast Collection is a limited-edition line of in-game cosmetics.
