Arts Room and Gondwana Art Project Present ‘Echoes Of Nature’
Arts Room, the global cuisine restaurant by Ambrosia Hospitality at the Eldeco Centre, has unveiled its exclusive month-long exhibition with Gondwana Art Project, ‘Echoes of Nature’, running from March 10 to April 10, 2025. The exhibition was inaugurated by H.E. Mr. Federico Salas, Ambassador of Mexico and offers an immersive cultural experience where culinary expression meets tribal art. Arts Room at Eldeco Centre is renowned for its seamless blend of art, hospitality and culinary innovation. Inspired by classical global recipes, reimagined with locally sourced ingredients and complemented by art-inspired cocktails, Arts Room offers a unique dining experience.
Along with the exhibits and the signature dishes, guests can also try the special menu inspired by Gondwana Art Project curated by Chef Parth Saxena. The Kothimbir Vadi Fried Panisse combines a Maharashtrian coriander crisp with Thecha Aioli for a spicy, crunchy delight. The Karandi Bhaji Taco offers a fusion of seafood and vegetarian elements with shrimp, sweet potato, mushroom chutney and a bhakri shell, available in two portion sizes. Meat lovers will enjoy the Bhuna Meat Boti on Roti, featuring succulent pulled lamb on jowar roti, paired with a robust garlic chutney. For seafood enthusiasts, the Patar Poda Mas presents a fiery pomfret dish served with sticky rice. To end on a unique note, the Goan Red Rice Miso Ice Cream promises an adventurous dessert experience.
The cocktail menu is equally refined. The Don Paloma offers a refreshing mix of grapefruit, lime and soda, while the Don Margarita blends lime and honey for a classic yet subtly sweet twist. The Don Limonada keeps it simple with lime and soda, whereas the Don Reposado features sparkling water for a crisp finish.
Gondwana Art Project explores the evolution of indigenous tribal art in contemporary settings, providing a platform for artists from India’s Gondwana region. Featuring art forms such as Gond and Warli , this initiative nurtures creativity while preserving centuries-old traditions. ‘Echoes of Nature’ highlights the deep connection between indigenous artists and their surroundings, portraying folklore, mythology and nature in intricate patterns, motifs and vibrant color palettes.
Aged to Perfection: The Unmissable Craft of Mridya

Crafted from 100% eco-friendly materials and powered by renewable energy, the installation features 1,000 repurposed golf balls painted by children—the very generation that will inherit the climate crisis.
