Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan enjoys a huge fanbase worldwide. His admirers from all over often come to visit his iconic bungalow Mannat in hopes to catch a glimpse of him. For over two decades, he has resided there with his family. However, now that the bungalow is all set to undergo repairs and renovations from May, he will be temporarily shifting to a two duplex apartments in Mumbai, along with his family and staff. Which also means that for the first time in 20 years, SRK will be neighbours with yet another Bollywood family.
As reported by the Hindustan Times, Khan, his wife Gauri Khan, and kids Aryan, Suhana and AbRam, are relocating to a four floor luxury apartment in Pali Hill, Bandra. The apartments that they have leased are in the Puja Casa, which is co-owned by filmmaker Vashu Bhagnani and his children Jackky Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh. For those who don’t know, just like his production banner, Pooja Entertainment, the building is also named after his wife Pooja Bhagnani.

The report adds that the 59-year-old actor has leased two duplex apartments on the building’s first, second, seventh, and eighth floors. Rest of the floors will be occupied by other residents of the building. It is to be noted that the Puja Casa has been home to the Bhagnani’s for years now. Vashu and his wife Pooja live in the building along with Jackky and his wife Rakul Preet Singh. With the Khan family moving in, the Bhagnani’s will now be their neighbours for the next two to three years.
Quoting their sources, Hindustan Times reported that SRK and his team are working to ensure his family’s proper safety and privacy at the apartment complex.

On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan will be next seen in Siddharth Anand directorial King. The project reportedly stars his daughter Suhana Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, and Abhay Verma in pivotal roles. While fans are waiting for an update on the film, the film is expected to release in 2026.
