Actor Ram Kapoor recently made headlines for his remarkable physical transformation. The actor, who reportedly shed 55 kg, has taken to social media again to address the swirling rumors regarding the methods behind his weight loss.
In a candid video posted on Instagram on Wednesday, Ram Kapoor dispelled the speculation that his drastic change was due to the use of Ozempic, a popular weight loss drug, or surgical intervention. With the caption, “Now do you believe me?”, he directly addressed his followers to set the record straight.
“First of all, there’s nothing wrong if I did (ozempic or surgery),” he stated, acknowledging the legitimacy of such methods for others, but then quickly moved to affirm his own journey.
To prove his point, Ram flexed his arm muscles, showcasing the results of his hard work. “This is where I am at, but I am still a work in progress,” he said.

“I have no best body. The point is, this kind of transformation requires hard work and long, long hours, no shortcuts, no surgery, no ozempic. That only does weight loss, not this. Right?” he said. The actor went on to promise that “within four to six months, I am going to get a rock solid 6-pack with blocks. That has to be done the hard way.”
Kapoor also added that even if someone opts for Ozempic or surgery for weight loss, it is not a terrible thing. “Anyone who has done ozempic or surgery, so what? Good for y’all,” he said.
