Actress Rashmika Mandanna is currently riding high on the success of her film Pushpa 2: The Rule, co-starring Allu Arjun and Fahaad Faasil. Earlier in the month, she had taken to her Instagram handle to reveal that she injured her leg at the gym. Sharing photos of her injured leg being wrapped in a cast, the actress also apologised to the directors of the films she is currently shooting. On Wednesday afternoon, she was spotted at the Hyderabad airport, hopping from her car towards the wheelchair.
Dressed in a pink sweatshirt and grey sweatpants, Rashmika had left her hair open but covered her face with a black mask and a black bucket hat. She was spotted at the airport, traveling to Mumbai to fulfill her work commitments. Despite her injury, she will be attending Chhava’s trailer launch event, which will be released later today. The film stars Vicky Kaushal and Akshaye Khanna in pivotal roles.

Videos of her team helping her get on the wheelchair and then getting into the car have surfaced on the internet. The 28-year-old actor is heard interacting with the paparazzi and waving at them. Fans have taken to the comment section of the videos to flood it with well wishes. Many even posted red heart and loved up emojis. One wrote, “Speed recovery.” Another wrote, “Rashmika ji kiya howa.” One said, “Rashmika ji (red heart emoji) love you(red heart emoji).”
Sharing an update on her health, the Animal actress had taken to her official Instagram account to share a few pictures of herself. Referring to the incident as a New Year gift for herself, she joked that she would be in “hop mode” for the next few weeks. She even apologised to the filmmakers of her upcoming films Sikandar, Thama and Kubera. A part of her caption read, “I’ll be back soon enough just making sure my legs are fit for action (or at least fit for hopping). In the meantime if you need me…I’ll be the one in the corner doing a highly advanced bunny hop workout. HOP HOP HOP…”
