Soni Razdan and Saba Azad star in the musical drama Songs of Paradise. The filmmakers released a motion poster and announced that the film will stream on Amazon Prime starting August 29, 2025. Saba Azad and Soni Razdan shared the poster on Instagram, writing, “from the echoes of Kashmir, rises an unforgettable voice. #SongsOfParadiseOnPrime, Aug 29.”
The film also features Zain Khan Durrani, Sheeba Chaddha, Taaruk Raina, and Lillete Dubey. Saba Azad and Soni Razdan play the lead character, Noor Begum, in two different time periods, focusing on her journey and legacy. The motion poster reflects this by blending the two actors’ images.
Director and writer Danish Renzu said, “’Songs of Paradise’ is a heartfelt tribute to Padma Shri recipient Raj Begum, the first female voice at Radio Kashmir. The film tells an emotionally stirring story inspired by her music, legacy, and grit during a time when societal restrictions bound women within both emotional and cultural confines.”
Ritesh Sidhwani of Excel Entertainment commented, “’Songs of Paradise’ is the timeless tale of a champion and torchbearer for artists from the culturally rich land of Kashmir layered with emotion, heritage, and hope. The film beautifully unfolds the chapters from the life of Padma Shri awardee, Noor Begum, whose voice not only made her the pride of the region but also inspired generations to come.”
Hrithik Roshan and Saba Azad began dating in 2022. Hrithik made their relationship Instagram official in October 2022 with a selfie from their London vacation, showing Saba on a bench with Van Gogh’s art in the background. He wrote, “Girl on a bench. Summer 2022. London. The Van Gogh immersive experience.”
