Social media influencer and comedian Samay Raina has been receiving flak, ever since Ranveer Allahbadia, also known as Beer Biceps, asked a controversial “would you rather” question to a contestant on his comedy show India’s Got Latent. The YouTuber had asked, “Would you rather watch your parents have sex every day for the rest of your life or join in once and stop it forever?” The remark didn’t sit well with the netizens as they demanded the authorities to take action against them.
As he has been facing legal complications, he took to his official X (formerly known as Twitter) handle to inform his fans that he has deleted all episodes of India’s Got Latent. Currently on his North America tour, Raina recently made an exclusive post for his channel’s private subscribers. It is to be noted that this is his first post on YouTube, after deleting all his content relating to the comedy show from his channel.

In the post made by Samay, he posted a red heart emoji and a hug emoji. He has seemingly expressed his gratitude to all the love and support he has been receiving from his fans. He has found solace in the appreciation his fans have for him, amid the ongoing chaos of his controversy. The 28-year-old comedian’s post was liked by over seven thousand viewers.
After maintaining silence over the entire controversy, when it seemed like things wouldn’t settle for a long time, Samay Raina took to his official social media handle and informed his fans that he has deleted all India’s Got Latent episodes from his YouTube channel. Sharing his side of the story, the comedian added that his only objective was to make the audience laugh and make sure that they had a good time. “I will fully cooperate with all agencies to ensure their inquiries are concluded fairly. Thank you,” he concluded.

Even during his recent stand up show in Canada, the comedian getting emotional addressed the audience. Quoted by the News18, he closed his night after saying, “Shayad samay kharab chal raha hai mera, par yaad rakhna doston, main samay hoon.”
